Newton

Newton, or specifically the Newton Collection Center built around Newton is an ancient marvel. It was built during the age of exploration, capturing the easily harnessed enegy pouring out from the star. This energy not only powers the Interstellar Gate in the system, but also can be exported and harvested as Isotope-10. 
IsoChem currently holds the system. They have legal documentation of them "aquiring" the Newton Collection Center during the age of struggle, and have held it ever since. It is highly guarded and provides a large majority of the Isotope-10 for the rest of the Corporate Assembly.
It is IsoChem's crown jewel.
