Aquatolis

Aquatolis is a massively sized oceanic planet nestled firmly in the control of the Zym Cartel. Because they are one of the cartel's effectively largest source of food, the planet is mostly left to its own devices. The boss here works closely with the large fisheries in order to unify the planet together, and prevent other cartel bosses from dipping their toes into influencing the populace here.
Because of its local ecology, Aquatolis is also a major producer of Medi-Gel within the cartel, so there is a good amount of wealth to spread around.
