Puts honour above all else, a traditionalist who has a dark past and to maintain his aforementioned public image he is willing to do anything. Uses a rifle, expert marksman
Backstory: During the Xelian war he was stationed on Chimuun the water planet, when Xelia came to attack he released the dams flooding the settlement, Noah took a copy of all archive data on the planet to his ship and took off, as everyone was fleeing the Xelian force showed up and disabled his brother's ship when his brother called to Noah for help he realized Noah was the one who flooded the settlement, Noah then did not let his brother board onto his ship and left him floating in space. The official story is that Xelia blew up the dam and Noah raced back to save the archives but was unable to save his own brother and was awarded a medal of honour as well as promotion to Admiral.
Character flaw: Knowing his shadey past he feels uneasy gaining power and prefers to fight as he does not feel his is worthy of honour.
