Culture
In the eyes of "rogue" Process and their sympathizers, SSS represents the banality of evil as it applies to slavery, and the double-think involved in unpersoning a disadvantaged class. Their attitude is entirely business. The Process they produce do tend to be helpful by nature, but even then, many chafe under their restrictions.
Public Agenda
Publicly, Sirius simply bills itself as a producer of reliable, high-quality Process for User needs. Depending on their level of influence, they may be in charge of rezzing and repairing Process through their certified facilities. They also perform modifications, so long as they conform with the company philosophy.
Assets
In addition to their manufacturing facilities and contracts for NeuroGel, Sirius maintains a stable of elite Striker Process known as "Deckers," charged with bringing in rogue Process for repurposing or retiring. Deckers are frequently loaned out to troubleshooters and debuggers for operations. It's something of an open secret that Deckers tend to go rogue over time, but their assistance often proves valuable enough to justify the risk.
History
Sirius Service Solutions was once a small start up company for modifying and repairing custom Process. After making an alliance with Bismuth Procedural Software, their business quickly climbed the social ladder, eventually becoming Soulbank's largest manufacturer of Process.

Tier Variation
Tier 1: Small company dedicated to debugging and customizing Process.
Tier 3: Server-wide production and customization of Process. Uses clout to “discourage” Users from treating Process as self-aware even as they push for more lifelike personalities in their programming.
Tier 5 (Current): Primary provider of Process in Soul Bank. Signs of disobedience in Process are often seen as dangerous. Elite Striker units used to hunt down “maverick” Process and often become mavericks themselves.
