The Calm Waves is sort of like a temple to Tymora and in this place people can drink alchol that may heal them and make them feel calm or just get really drunk and jovial.
people can also bet here playing a few games such as
PASSE Ten: roll three dice and if above 10 get double money and if below ten lose money this accounts for anyone who puts takes in when one person is rolling, if you lose 3 times you must change roller.
Highest points: two players roll two six sided dice and whoever gets the higher number wins
