The Holden Family

A new crime family in the area of Bankshaw, the Holden's have proven to be rather competent in the criminal underworld. 
They're still small, but continue to be a thorn in the side of both other criminal groups and law enforcement. Just weak enough to keep them from being crushed out, but also powerful enough to make them an active threat to anyone trying to deal with them.
The command structure is relatively restricted, with almost every situation being decided on by Walter Holden himself. His lieutenants largely exist to enforce his orders, as opposed to allow for delegation.
