Industrial Constructs

When Steel itself marches to war, the world will tremble

I had seen Industrial Constructs before, on the parade ground at least. To see one in action was a different feeling entirely. When the gangsters opened fire, their magician started hurling balls of fire. Our walker, a W&W Minuteman, just waded through the flames. The enchanted plates of armor keeping the worst of the heat away from the pilot. Then it brought its shell rifle to its shoulder and let off a shot straight into the side of the warehouse. The Gangsters never stood a chance.

Utility

As with Arcane Constructs, Industrial Constructs are used in every industry; Agriculture, Industrial, and military. They got their start in the mining industry, but there are now frames for any purpose one could think of.

Manufacturing

Constructed by specialized teams in factories, they can be turned out at a rapid rate. With the introduction of the assembly line, Industrial Constructs are becoming cheaper and quicker to manufacture.

Inventor(s)
It is often sighted that the Acrius Consortium was the first to create and put Industrial Constructs to use, as they didn't have access to the magicians or sorcerers that would have been able to build the Arcane Constructs that would have helped them extract the ores that funded their consortium.
Access & Availability
Easier to make than Arcane constructs, but still requiring specialized labor, they are available for anyone who can pay for them. They don't require any sort of magical talent or knowledge to pilot or operate, either.
Complexity
The most complex part of any walker lies in the joints, the hydraulics requiring the most maintenance if a crew wants their walker to remain walking.
