Truly a neutral organization, The Faceless Men within Alynthi serve the idea of death, previously known as R'holor. Their services are not widely know and are extremely expensive. But to those in the know who have the money to spare, The Faceless Men are the best assassins you can hire.
Chances are, there are at least one member of The Faceless Men within every major government and powerful organization, and even if there aren't, there is no way to find that out.
Most members of The Faceless Men are normal people, going about their normal lives. But when called upon they are more than capable rogues.
Both locations work closely together and share a very neutrally beneficial relationship.
