"No one takes from the Mothia with out havin' to repay that debt."Tox is a mosquito Miinu working for the The Mothia and acts as a bounty hunter and drug trafficker for them.

He is a male mosquito, and elephant mosquitos do not drink blood, but he has the ability to track someone down by the smell of the hormones in their blood.
Specialized Equipment
Tox usually carries around with him a crossbow that he uses as his primary weapon to take out enemies from the sky.

Tox's history is vague and a mystery, as he never talks about it, and very few people have known him before he joined the Mothia. According to the eldest members, Tox was pulled off the streets when he was a young man of only 16. He'd been peddling junk for money and had a violent streak when the Mothia took him in, fed him, clothed him, gave him a purpose. He was always dodgy about answering how he ended up alone, but it didn't matter. All the Mothia wanted was a strong body.
Tox's skill and loyalty over the years earned him a high rank in the organization. He became particularly skilled at crafting highly addictive illicit substances and would hire lower ranking Mothia members to be drug runners for him. All money made was meant to come back to him, and he'd split it however he saw fit. If he was disappointed with a runner's performance, he'd refuse payment altogether.
Cullen would become one of these runners for him. Being another mosquito, they butted heads often, and Tox would often have to put Cullen in his place. It was for this reason that he became suspicious when profits and supply stopped adding up. It was then that Arressa, Cullen's girlfriends at the time, confessed to Cullen stealing money and supply. Intolerant of thieves in the organization, he hunted down Cullen to murder him. He was able to hurt his eye with his crossbow, but Cullen would inevitably escape due to interference from Lampry and Cullen somehow managing to take out the others who'd backed him into a corner.
He's still considers this unfinished business.Tox grew up in a difficult part of town and had a morbid interest in weapons, especially the more experimental firearms that were being developed. He stole a prototype from guy in town and went to play with it with his friend. The gun accidently went off an hit his friend, killing him. He was blamed for the accident and outcasted from his community. Unable to handle the judgment and guilt, he eventually ran way to live on the streets.

Likes & Dislikes
Tox doesn't often talk about or act too enthused about his interests. He prefers spending time alone in a quite place, perhaps with a bottle of booze nearby. He tends to find interest in the dark and macabre, and has quite a few morbid mementos in his home, including Miinu skulls. He doesn't really enjoy going out to clubs or parting, but goes only out of politeness. He dislikes the noise and smells of bars, and doesn't interact with people or try to make friends.
