Garis is the Drone Prince of the Yellow Jacket Hive; mate of Vespula XII and father of Ves and Vee.
Appearance
Being a hornet, Garis is actually quite large, with a muscular body. He has rusty orange skin and black eyes and hair which he keeps neat and tidy. He also has a well trimmed handlebar mustache. He dresses in the yellow and black royal uniform, with an orange patch representing his home hive.Description
Garis is a quiet, mild mannered gentleman, with a tendency to be a little goofy. He is more emotionally available than the Queen, and though he has no duties to do so, he played more of a parental role to his daughter than she did, despite knowing that one day one of them would die.Relationships
History
Garis met Vespula during her 17th birthday, where a number of eligible drones from neighboring hives would have an opportunity to try to court the Queen. He was chosen as he was meek, but kind and made her laugh.
Relationship Reasoning
They're relationship is amicable at best. She tolerates the presence of him in her Hive, but doesn't offer him much attention beyond the bare minimum. This isn't to say she doesn't care about him, but she is a busy woman with no time for emotions or coddling.
