Mists of Passing

The mists of passing are a quiet, gloomy region of the Sky, where a cool mist is felt swirls. It is the place where the veil between the realms of the living and the dead are the thinnest, and as such disembodied spirits are not uncommon. It is said that hordes of specters fly through the sky, wailing in woe of their passed lives. Many skyfaring cultures have it steeped in their mythology, to the point that some built graveyards within its realm, or otherwise believe that their dead souls end up there. However, few are willing to test these theories given their final entailment.
