With only one instance seen of Titans matin, but the The First Mother was known to form mates for herself before having children. however, the children were not more Void Titans, but Gods.
Growth Rate & Stages
A Void Titan was born fully formed, lived a time of quiet contemplation and self terminated once it had completed its musings. Only the First Mother deviated from this life cycle.
