Multiple fires and outages in Hong Kong harbor

Late last night, an electrical and matrix blackout engulfed Tolo Harbor, one of Hong Kong's auxiliary harbor districts. This coincided with several major fires in the nearby regions and waterborne vessels, tying up much of the urban response resources of the Public Security Bureau.
The blackout began in the Sham Chung region just before midnight last night, and cascaded through the harbor's suburban complex within minutes. Citizens reported numerous malfunctions of everyday electronics, with several hand phones bursting into flames before the blackout hit, plunging the area into darkness and taking the district off the grid. Several vessels in the harbor were also affected. The superheavy freighter Millenium Warbler lost control and eventually ran aground at 2 AM. The fishing trawler THFSC22-113 burnt down as an engine room fire blazed out of control. At least 8 yachts and small watercraft were also recovered in the morning as well as over 50 BusyBee delivery drones from the Warbler.
The Public Security Bureau has cordoned off the Sham Chung region and has declared a state of emergency for the city. HSMBC Blackwater assets were also seen in the region as Sham Chung houses several HSMBC Data Warehouses.
