Westpark District
Oppara’s wealthiest district, Westpark is home to much of Oppara’s upper class. The constabulary maintains several stations here and patrols day and night, while the enormous villas that grace the area are walled in to keep out any undesirables, though such barriers are more often a way for nobles to push the boundaries of their ever-increasing property lines and compete in ostentatious displays than they are a necessary security measure.
