Delvin Issan
Delvin and Dana Issan are twins from a merchant family with a strong bloodline of magi. Their family trades across much of the region and has merchant factors as far south as the Sea of Mists.
Three stars fell the night the twins were born, and one was born just before dawn, and the other after. It was supposed to be an omen. They look almost delicate in many ways, their features somehow finer and almost doll-like.
Both twins have a near perfect memory for symbols, glyphs, and diagrams. This is a family trait and makes ritual magic of any form a particular strength of theirs.
Delvin's magical talent is for shadow magic. He has now joined Tyrness Academy where he is in Ruethwyn's class.
