La Serine
Echanted city, founded by elves build together with dwarfes together
La Serine (aka La Serine City or Serine) is a enchanted city which is located in the northern part of Shoa Fraria in Pholul. Prophets rule the single city. Its inner fortress, the Nae Aske Citadel, is serving as the local point for wizards and priests and the study of the arcane throughout history.

Prophet Aeson Stormsea is the leader of the enchanted city.
Infrastructure
Inn: The Trickster's Cauldron
In a residential quarter, surrounded by quiet avenues and decent row houses. It stands next to the large home of a male human named Thelmund. The inn is a grand half-timbered building, with carved wooden doors. A collection of fine tapestries hangs on the walls. Accomodations consist of several large rooms with beds and woolen mattresses. The innkeeper is a short female halfling named Audreyn. She insists on inspecting every coin paid to her.Menu

- Pinas Boffairb: Male Halfling Paladin, Good. Pinas is short, with thick blonde hair and narrow blue eyes. He wears plate mail and wields a glaive-guisarme. Pinas is hunting the fiend which destroyed his homeland.
- Narvi: Female Dwarf Thief, Neutral. Narvi has a long face, with curly blonde hair and gray eyes. She wears leather armor and wields a club and sling. Narvi is searching for the legendary Barrow of Malefic Death.
- Ingerdg Heridotr: Female Dwarf Fighter, Evil. Ingerdg is tall, with cropped silver hair and narrow hazel eyes. She wears banded mail and wields a spear. Ingerdg is talking quietly with a female dwarf aristocrat.

Order of Chaosfall
The Council of Chaosfall (Order of Chaosfall, Order, or Chaosfalen) was the secret council of high elf, gnome, and human mages charged with the selection and disposition of the Guardian of Chaosfall. The Order was formed by the most powerful mages in order to prevent and safeguard Shoa Fraria from the demons. They derived their name from their meeting place in the Chaosfall Glades.Nae Aske
The Nae Aske (aka Nae Aske Senate or Nae Aske Senate of La Serine), guided by Aeson Stormsea, is a lawful neutral collection of the most powerful mages on Pholul. The mages formed the Nae Aske as a specialized sect that was charged with cataloging and researching every spell, artifact, and magic item known to mankind at the time. The Nae Aske became the city’s ruling power and its headquarters are located in the Nae Asket Citadel, an impressive building. The ruling council, six members in all, met in the Chamber of Water, a room with no visible walls.History
La Serine is one of the newer cities, built by the kingdoms of Shoa Fraria and Bhornrum not long ago. Mostly magicians live in La Serine. Wanting a place more suited to extensive use and study of magic, Aeson Stormsea traveled north of Shoa Fraria and founded the city with the Wefril Chaoshorn. More wizards followed, and the city became a haven for magic and a center of arcane study. The mages of La Serine protected inhabitants who weren't magic-users with powerful protection spells, and created a decadent, extravagant paradise.
This overuse of magic with no proper protection or regulation, though, can acts as a beacon for monstrosities, luring them to Seann Roan. Demons slipped through the gaps in reality, terrorizing the locals until the prophet Aeson Stormsea was forced to turn to his sister Alea Whispersea for aid. The High Elf wizards quickly realized what had happened and warned that the prophet would have to give up magic to subdue the threat completely. Unwilling to sacrifice their power the city, Aeson and Wefrill proposed selecting mortal champions to protect them from the demons.
This Guardian would have access to all their might, and would form a secret defense for the world. The elves agreed and formed the newly founded Order of Chaosfall, provided guidance in the selection. At the same time, Oakguard sent some of their number to research and catalog all magic. These wizards became the Nae Aske.
