Elvirr
Elvirr (or high elves) live in a highly complex government. Blending authoritarian caste system structure, socialist ideology, and an emphasis on natural preservation. It takes someone with higher intelligence to navigate its articulate intricacies. Elvirr, particularly those of Trearche, are xenophobic but understand the importance of trade and are willing to allow limited access in exchange for co-operation.
Basic Information
Genetics and Reproduction
Elvirr only have a singular window to reproduce during the month of Falober. This time, known as Illihallra, coincides with a powerful surge of magic from the Realm of Dreams that creates life and foliage in nature.
Outside this window, the only other time an elf could have children would be with a homunculus, or through hedonistic rituals to draw the The Realm of Dreams closer with the plane.

The women wore crowns of lily. The men, crowns of violet. I watch them dance around the maypole where they only leave the field as couples into the night. Sometimes the women come back wearing a crown a violet to dance once again. I have been asked to dance a few times by maidens, though I am simply here to observe. A miasma of sweet smells comes from the smoke of a large bonfire past the maypole. The fire has been burning for several hours and is wild in size. If one stares too long into the flame, one can see elementals dancing wildly to beats of the drum. It's a miracle that this ground has not caught aflame already.
Dietary Needs and Habits
Berries, bread, and grain a common diet for the elvirr. Occasionally the elvirr will partake in gardening rooted vegetables if they are native to the area, though the elvirr have more of a policy to forage what is provided than to make and take that which they made themselves.
Meats and salts are against a traditional elvirr diet and may cause serious discomfort if consumed.

Facial characteristics
Elvirr have a metallic shade to their hair giving off hues of gold, silver, or copper. They have a full-looking face. It's not always pointed but it is always angular.
Eyes have a range of green, blue, purple, silver, and gold.
Elvarr have hair of emerald as well as gold, silver, and copper. They have horns similar in shape to deer, reindeer, moose, and ram.
The Faevellen of Trearche. Brass hair has emerged as a hybrid of silver and gold hairs. Pointed ears are slightly longer than their Faegorn counterparts. Their horns take shape more of a goat, ibex, bison, or oxen.

Naming Traditions
Names of fae are relatively similar to each other regarding the different ethnic groups. Names are written as short poems that are meant to be prophetic of their purpose. Though the vagueness of these poems often leads to odd life decisions.

Relationship Ideals
Families are uncommon in elvirr society and faekind in general. The women will go into labor only accompanied by wet nurses/nanny figures known as "Alar". After birth, the Alar will take the infant from the parent. Elvirr children never learn who their parents are nor will the parents fully know which child is theirs as they grow up. This does not mean they may not meet their parent as a member of the community. Aside from the Alar, society still has an important part in raising children and teaching them the practices of their people.
History
Elvirr, saytrs, and other fae creatures all have a similar origin. Being said to be created by Fallovrin Loriaill, Fallovrin used the Realm of Dreams to manifest creatures to reside in and be wardens of the forests. All fae thrived in the subtropical forest of Treache under the Throne of Faegorn.
It is during the War of Ideas where the ideologies of the different fae grew to a violent contention. Known today as La Faeohta, King Faegorn and the royal court was cast out as a means to create order and open trade to the world. This banishing led to a heavy divide amongst the fae. Those now known as Faevellen supported the new government known as "The Chorus" who stayed within the forest jungle of Trearche. They created a complex system in order to establish a balance between the needs of nature and the different fae.
The Elvarr, alongside their satyr counterparts the Velsúlë, followed King Faegorn to what would be called the Faegorn Forest it is here they have established a caste system and revel in hedonistic practices.

When the King of Fae did not speak, The Chorus sung. Our voice shook the world, leaving only the true to stay. It is like the branches of the Sindo Tree we stand in do we reach out to the world once again. Our people are many roots of one tree, our song together do they rise to make a whole forest.

Elvirr do not naturally get along well with other races. Being rooted deep in a particular culture and set of beliefs, things as simple as meat consumption is seen as barbaric.
Of all races that are not fae, elvirr get along best with homunculi. Homunculi have an innate ability to adapt to their surroundings and pick up on tasks and traditions without being too rooted in any other culture. This makes them more accepting and quicker to learn elvirr traditions and to integrate into society without causing many problems.
Elvirr have a deep rivalry of principle and belief stemming as deep as the War of Ideas with most of the satyr race. While not directly antagonistic, there is no real warmth and comfort between the two races. A similar contention is that with dwarves, seeing their machinations destructive force against their beliefs. Though their presence is thankfully not actively seen much in the elvirr forests.
Orcs are perhaps the antithesis of the elvirr. Seen as impulsive and destructive with a lust for power. Elvirr society perhaps shows the most disdain for the crassness of the orcish races.

They are tall and thin. Elvirr range from peach to yellow complexions. Very poised with movements show such intent that there is often non-verbal communication that can be seen from the simplest of gestures. Great posture. They are well poised and regal in appearance. Yet very fragile as well. One can see a lot of the bone structure.
Their feet have three prongs. Hair grows up to their ankles. This is where the extra height comes from. the hair on their leg often matches their head hair, though not always.
