Eternal Empire
The Eternal Empire sprawls over a large portion of the known world. Ruled over by dragons, it is populated primarily by dragonfolk (dragonborn, half-dragons, and kobolds), but also includes large populations of reptilefolk (lizardfolk, serpentfolk, shellfolk, and crocfolk), as well as small groups of otherfolk (frogfolk, spiderfolk, and mantisfolk).

- Greatwyrms rule over all they see, and the only creatures able to challenge this rule are other Greatwyrms.
- Dragons consider the entire world and everything in it as their rightful property. Overlords rule over nation states, and Greatlords maintain territories within those states.
- Priests are never granted land, but can be charged with establishing and overseeing shrines.
- Land owned is granted by the Overlord. The landowner pays taxes on the production of this land.
- Warriors may be granted stewardship over areas by landowners. They are responsible for collecting taxes and upholding the law within this land.

History
The Grand Draconic Empire was formed millennia ago after the Great Wyrms' victory over the elves. It has endured for so long due to the power and will of the dragons who rule it. Internal conflicts have occurred regularly, as the dragons vie for power and influence, pitting the people of the various nation states against each other.
