In a plume of aquatic Darkwater, Lofus Stormborn discovers an obsidian chest lost to the ages. Within, the secrets of arcane magic return to the world.
Stormborn sailors encounter Darkwater, a large patch of water that boats simply do not float upon. It sucks a few ferrys in, before they realize something is at the bottom. Sending divers and eventually managing to haul it back to the city, they find a large, perfectly maintained and cut Silver Lockbox of Inks, Dyes, charms, etc. Experimentation with these reveal them to be True Magic. Only other thing inside is a book from a "Simon," detailing the first tattoo to be taught.
