These tribes finally bind together after a millennium of barbarically raiding and pillaging each other over past grievances. The First Minister is an elder of the first tribe to find the Tharsi Oasis, coming East across the Tythis Expanse with his people, at the behest of a vision. Upon receiving guidance from the visage of the Father, he finds the Oasis and the people cherish him as their Minister, out of respect and reverence.
