Duke Edmund Moreau

Edmund Moreau was the grandson of the Duke of Dinlirys that was installed when Lofus Stormborn used his incredible reach and power as Duke of Golryon to shift the power of the neighboring City-State directly after overthrowing his own's government.
Edmund was a member of the House of Stormborn, and has a Runic Tattoo of all of the Runes known to the Arcane Conservatory before the events of The Ember Spears' journeys. He was the Duke of Dinlirys in 852 AB.
A demand of the First Silver Revolution, agreed upon in the People's Republic Treaty, was that Duke Moreau would step down from Dinlirys. His successor died only a year later, leading to the crowning of Duke Julien Riviere von Hao.
