Arthur Drisdayne

Arthur Drisdayne is a figure of the Ardranian governing council and the current Warden of Kendalshire, a semi-autonomous hold spread across the hills east of Lake Hearthreed. Though of thoroughly Ardranic heritage, Drisdayne was originally born to a family of scholars in southern Selby and did not relocate to his now more permanent position at Denanway until his twenty-eighth year, following a lengthy time spent in in the scholarly arts himself at Selby's university. Though inexperienced and politicking and far removed from the more rugged lifestyle of the farmers and fishermen which make up the majority of Kendalshire's population, Drisdayne's charismatic appeal and academic's eye for logistics first had him elected to the council in the year 1448. He has since held the position for the following twenty-one years, making him the council's second longest-running member aside from Abram Oldridge.
