The Octagon

On the peninsula North Star lies a truly massive tower that reaches far into the heavens. Although it can be seen from nearly every part of the North Star, most people can't seem to see it.

Exterior

The tower is surrounded by a 300m² square garden with the Octagon in its centre. Oak trees and low grass make up the biggest part of the garden while a single gravel path leads from the tower to an iron gate. Surrounding the garden are 10 metres high stone wall with a single gate in the centre of its eastern segment. While the walls are nearly as ols as the Octagon itself the resist the passing of time and still look like they whre built yesterday.
From the outside the tower looks like a regular octagonal building with 5 metres long walls. In the eastern wall lies a greyish wooden double door that is 3m high and 2m wide. While the walls facing the cardinal directions are made from integrat and inscribed with countless moving runes, the other walls are composed of omnitas witch together gives the tower its white-black look. Flowing down from the black walls are four different waterfalls landing in small lakes:

• North-east: Clear blue liquid that cools down the surroundings to the point that the edges of the lake are frozen..
• North-west: Black liquid that extracts life-energy from nearby organisms resulting in a dead zone around the lake.
• South-west: Red liquid that looks and smells like human blood but flows like water.
• Sout-east: Orange liquid that looks and burns like magma but flows like magma. Despite everything blazing around the lake, the fire never spreads more than 2 metres.

Interior

The ground floor also has an octagonal layout with walls alternating between integrat and omnitas. In a height of seven metres is a ceiling composed of small hexagonal omnitas stones while the floor has a chesspattern of one metre wide tiles. Despite beign illuminated by eternal torches that hang six metres high on each wall, the room has calm and equal lightning everywhere.
On the eastern wall lies the double-door leading to the outside. A praying angel is carved on the left side while a demonic figure leaning on a sword can be seen on the right one.
