House Tharashk Enclave

House Tharashk, known for its inquisitives, prospectors, and monstrous mercenaries, has set up a small enclave in Saltmarsh. Like all the Dragonmarked houses, they are sworn to be neutral in governmental affairs, and abide by the rules of the Treaty of Thronehold and the compact of the Twelve. Otherwise, they operate with impunity.
In Saltmarsh, the House contingent is lead by a human named Howard, who seems to be both perceptive and well connected, always having some Magic Items on hand. Go'Nak heads up mercenary contracts.
