Saltmarsh: Eberron

In the northern end of Q'Barra, on the edge of the massive Basura Swamp, the sleepy town of Saltmarsh finds itself in transition. After being recognized by the Treaty of Thronehold, the new nation of Q'Barra has found itself now facing a period of possible economic and military growth, and Saltmarsh sits at the heart of its plans.   The town itself is divided. Long a bastion of smugglers, there are many in town who worry that increased attention from the crown will put a damper in their business. In addition to those concerns, many of the townsfolk just want to be left alone, and have no real interest or fealty to the newfound king of Q'barra. Still others want an increased royal presence, as they feel that higher levels of safety draws more business and merchants.
