Haunted Mansion

The "Haunted Mansion," as the locals know it, has stood abandoned for a century. Build on a cliffside that butts up against the Azure sea, the house was once owned by an alchemist obsessed with the secrets of the arcane, but no one seems to know the fate of the original owner. As time has gone on, rumors have spread that the house is haunted, and in recent months, travelers that pass near the house at night have claimed to see dancing lights and hear haunting voices.
On Sul, 1 Therendor 998 YK, four adventurers approached the house at the behest of Anders Solmor. Through a series of explorations, they discovered that the house was home to a gang lead by a human male named Sanbalet, who was running a smuggling/slaving operation out of a hidden cave below the house. During their confrontation, Sanbalet killed himself, saying, "You'll remember the name!"
As of now, the house is completely unoccupied.
