Leadership

• Commander (Kyokuchô) - The head of the organization
• Vice Commander (Fukuchô) - Second in command
• Military Advisor (Sanbô) - There are three advisors which report directly to the Vice Commander

There is an additional designation of Troop Captains (Kumichô) which will lead and train specific types of units. This isn’t a rank in itself. One example will be the Troop Captain of the Onmyôji (Mages, Diviners).

Public Agenda

The Kissekigumi is tasked with the enforcement of law and order within and around Sakura. They are generally granted jurisdiction over any criminal or legal matters superseding that of any other individuals or organizations except for those operating under the direct order of the Sakura Council or Lord Protector.
