Posadnik Kaizo Agapov
Kaizo Agapov is the Posadnik (mayor) of the village of Ketterpesh. He is big, strong, but a bit of a softie, especially towards his children.

Kaizo has laughter lines around his eyes, and it is fairly common for him to have at least one of his eyes blackened from festival day boxing matches gone awry.

Kaizo was appointed to the title of Posadnik in 1431, when his uncle died. Even though the role skipped over Kaizo's father to pass directly to Kaizo, no disputes were raised over Kaizo's legitimacy. While families can often be torn apart over the question of whether the title should pass to brother or son (let alone nephew), in this instance, Kaizo's father was more than happy to let Kaizo take the role. Agafon never wanted the responsibity of the role of Posadnik and counted himself lucky that he'd been able to dodge the arrow twice.
