Thomas Hillcrest

Thomas Hillcrest look viably weathered by time and battle. He has short grey hair, beard stubble of white, and a number of visable scars. His armour appears both plain and functional, though it high quality craftsmanship is apparent. Hillcrest is the Field Marshal, the highest military officer, of the Tel'Bite Army and its head until the King is crowned, he is also a member of the Regency Council, the ruling council of Tel'bacy, until the King is crowned. 

Involvement

Black was able to leverage his title and the letter from King Thaydos to obtain a meeting with Hillcrest. Within Hillcrest stated he supported the proposed alliance, such Thaxnoria attack, but he could not speak for the rest of the Regency Council. He advised the Party that they extract the current Ambassador from his position as he was put there by Ragdak, and build enough of a public image that the Regency Council could view them as legitimate and valuable individuals.
