Known History

Aengich is the daerienn-gyntaf (first-mage) of the Caethddim Commando. He has been the dearienn-gyntaf for over two hundred years. Fornik had extensive experience with Aengich throughout his time within the Commando; Aengich instructed Fornik as his arcane abilities emerged. Aengich is a diligent and even attentive daerienn-gyntaf, fulfilling all of his functions aptly, but can be a somewhat distant person lacking a certain degree of warmth.

Involvement

Aengich was in charge of the Caethddim Commando when Fornik returned to the Commando after the Battle of the False King, and gave the order to begin to search for the Velfaunan treasury in Glean Sord. Since then Aengich telepathically informed Fornik that the treasury was within Glean Sord.
