Xargon

Xargon is not truly one kingdom, but rather six smaller kingdoms working as a single unit. These six kingdoms are:

• Xelion
• Archanea
• Rindou
• Garanti
• Ornoli
• Nethter

Each province also relies on each other, using the other kingdom's resources to bolster their own kingdom. Ornoly is a good example, as they have little in the way of food, but a great wealth in their mines. So the other kingdoms feed them while they pull up metal, gems and more.
The rule of Xargon is complex, each former state has a governor, since many have varied geography and while much culture is similar much is not.  For example, Xelion's governor is Igrene Astor, who has appointed Chaor Taliyah as their deputy. These 6 governors are on a council of rulers, and from within themselves they choose a Chancellor to be the head of state. There are many smaller positions, every city has a lord, which is typically hereditary, every village has a mayor, mostly elected. The Governors are chosen by the governor before them, they take on a bright promising pupil to be there apprentice and successor. Various other officials are hired by the person who they will work for.
