Tandra

An ancient dryad with a love of cooking, Tandra has been in Hala Serin since her tree was planted. In her early life, she used her knowledge of the plants of the jungle to help the elves around her. Mostly she made poultices and other medicine, but she always loved the sensations of cooking. The pungent spices, the sizzle of meat in a pan, the beautiful garnishes. As thanks for her aid, the elves of Hala Serin taught her how to cook for herself. As a dryad, she didn't need to eat to sustain herself, so she began selling her food. She used this money to buy more ingredients which she used to make more food, and so on and so forth until she had a small restaurant. She was content with her life, until the collapse of Hala Serin. What once was a thriving jungle city slowly collapsed into a small town surrounded by ruins. With the near death of Hala Serin, Tandra fell on hard times. She couldn't get the ingredients she needed or the customers to cook for, and faded into the background.
Now though, the empire of Alentheas has risen, and is using Hala Serin as their foothold in Noburu. Between the revival of Hala Serin and the influx of new people, Tandra has returned to tavern to it's former glory, and then some. The Dryad's Grove has flourished with the backing of an empire and Tandra has never been happier.

Physical Description

Special abilities

Tandra possesses all the normal powers of a dryad, such as the ability to speak with plants and animals, as well as some innate spells she can cast. She also has great control over her bonded tree, and is able to manipulate it as she needs. This can be slow changes such as shaping it's growth or fast changes such as animating branches for short amounts of time.

Apparel & Accessories

Tandra mostly wears wraps made from tree bark, with a skirt made from large leaves. However, on special occasions she fancies up a bit ,with flowers woven into her hair and vibrant feathers added to her outfit.
