Hala Serin

Hala Serin is an elven city in the Amfira Jungle. They have welcomed Alentheas into their city, giving the Empire a foothold on Noburu. Before Alentheas, Hala Serin was a shadow of it's former self. Ruins littered the jungle, and the elves stayed in the heart of their one expansive kingdom. Now though, they are reclaiming their jungle with the help of Alentheas. The city also holds a beloved tavern, The Dryad's Grove.
The country is currently ruled by Queen Riverbloom, who is loyal to the Empire. She grew up with stories of their race's glory days, and has been sucked in to the claims of bringing those days back. She is not a violent soul though, hoping other join them while trying not to think about the military presence in her city. She knows that there will be some fighting, but she tries to focus on the positives, like the unity of her kind and the new people joining them in celebration.
