Verlaine's Residence
Located at 100 Wave Avenue in Freeport, this manor is a two story townhouse with a sizable garden. It is bordered by a large stone fence with iron spikes to both double as decoration and crime prevention. The residence is patrolled by Verlaine's personal guard that also have high rank within the Freeport Guardsmen. A benefit from overseeing said organization.
The residence is made mostly out of wood, with a stone foundation. The manor is well groomed, and kept in top shape so Verlaine can invite guests of the highest honor to dine with him if he chooses.
On the 6th of Aestius, 788 NE. Councilor Verlaine and his personal guard were brutally murdered. The house along with the rest of Verlaine's properties were then transferred to Sea Lord Milton Drac.
