Khantua

The Great Betrayer of the The Last Frontier, Eraser of Ruin, Bringer of Light, The Bad Cluster, Eradicator of Memories, Lifter of Spirits, Arothras of Protection, Champion of Heir, Founder of Khantua's Garth and the Ruiners, The Behemoth of Dawn, The Last Mornen, these are some of the titles Khantua carried on their belt.

After the Break of Dawn, Khantua was hailed by many as a great hero and the savior of society. They are said to have ruled over the United People of Barbosia with a fair hand, serving as an influence for the mold of many cultures that later developed in Heir. Their teachings about the previous Era were pivotal in returning a semblance of community and civilization to the planet's tribes, as well as recovering their lost technology.

History says Khantua has suffered from DPD, although their case was rather unique among other known patients, as it is said they could control the rapid mutations to extraordinary degrees, being able to change their form and shape to fit necessity. With the assistance of outside nutrient or energy sources, books speak of situations where Khantua would turn into creatures of unbridled proportions.

Khantua's death was received as a shock to the people, yet the build-up to it was the tensest. Historical records are fuzzy on the details, but it's estimated that Khantua died sometime before the end of the first century in the Era of Sorrows, which was named such after their fall.

According to Khantua's own shared recollections, they mentioned that they used to be nothing more than a farmer when young. This referred to times before the Era of Abstraction, within the 4th Age of Ruin, when the exurbitantly technologically advanced Mornen were still the predominant species in Heir.
