Pitts South Brainer's Outpost

To the west of the Leastview Maul, a small disheveled hideout situated itself in the crevices created by the cracked earth, hidden away in safety from The Handlers, from Darwin. Burnt cracked trees, cracked glass and overgrown vines. Smoldering ruins, dirty muddy water, and perpetual shadows mark this place. Nobody of sane mind would live here. But there are those who do. They have to. They have a mission to complete.
The Outpost is a small ruined building on the outside: smoldering ruins and a dead land surrounds this old home. Nothing moves on the surface here as the breaking of the earth disrupted the nature and wildlife here. Cliffs, boulders, fallen trees, and more cover the outside of the building forcing a small entrance just underneath an opening with a small metal door. the Once entered, the entry hallway travels much farther than one would originally believe. A string of lights leads from the metal door all the way through this hallway, each small light spaced just far enough apart where for just a second you're covered in darkness. And as it is followed it digs deeper into the earth until finally arriving in a secret complex underneath the earth. While not exactly technologically advanced or particularly outfitted, it is much nicer inside. There are two floors: The upstairs which the hallway takes you to, first a locked gate with keypad, and then into a main floor with research stations and storage rooms. This includes a small armory and gear hall. Lab stations are set up for research, importantly: Botany. Down a set of stairs brings visitors to the residence area of the complex. Beds, a kitchen, personal storage, and a living room are situated here. And in the back a secret emergency exit that drops the residents here down into the canyons of the west of Pitts South. A ladder descends and brings any escapees into a landing that allows them to climb on further down. Once you climb down, you won't be able to climb back up, at least not as easily. At the bottom of the cavern a secret garage houses itself. Under a tarp, two vehicles hide themselves. This is the groups means of escaping once they either finish their mission or they've been found out.
The residents here are a group dedicated to eradicating the evil presence of the Maelstrom which they believe is coming from the Leastview Maul. The population consists of five commandos. They are handpicked experts from the IQ HQ to explore, study, and handle any problems in the Rocpocalypse deemed too dangerous to ignore. They have come here to study the Leastview Maul and why the population here of Pitts South have been take control of. The five members consist of their leader: Green Thumb, a Brainer. Then there is another younger Brainer, a Gunlugger, a Savvyhead, and a Driver. The group has been here in Pitts South for some time, and are slowly getting closer to learning the cause of the situation here. Strong hints point to the plant life here that seems to have taken a life of it's own, and with that Green Thumb hopes to take his skills and expertise to solve this problem before it gets out of control and destroys Rocpocalypse.
