Gifted

The Gifted are those who were physically changed by the effects of the fallen stars, manifesting a variety of magical powers. 
Most Gifted show no physical signs of any change, but can manifest physical characteristics such as impervious skin, ability to breathe underwater, or night-adapted eyesight when drawing on their powers.
