The upper regions frequently experience rain.   Volcanic gas vents can be found within the range.   There is an expanse of low hills to the North, a canyon to the South, a forest to the East, and a jungle to the West.   == This mountain range is 4,549 miles long, reaches 16,924 feet at its highest point, and is surprisingly difficult to climb. A tunnel has been dug through the range to allow easier passage.   Most of the lower range is covered in a dense rainforest, and the weather is usually foggy.
