Alwena

When the world split itself during The Sundering, the homeland of the Tel-quessir was the first to drift away from the shores of society. If neighbors thought the "elves" isolationist before, they are practically beyond the fog in this post-shrouding era. Little is known of how they fare against the difficulties facing the rest of Revne.

Geography

Much of the island is blanketed in dense forestry with mountain peaks to the eastern coastline.

Fauna & Flora

While not many "N-Tel-Quess" (outsiders) have explored Alwena to any extent, even those who merely sail around the coast report packs of wolves traversing the cliffs and coastlines of the island.

Even from a distance, wildflowers of countless colors paint the mountains and valleys of the elven island.

Natural Resources

The Tel-quessir have a shepherd's role towards their land, gently caring and cultivating for the resources they use and maintain. Omnivores who eat little meat, most tribes of the fey race are gatherers or agriculturists.

The woods of Alwena are said to be ancient and the timber of the expansive trees to be enchanted, though the Tel-quessir are quite secretive about this myth.

The mountains of Alwena are said to contain gems and precious metals similar to the renowned ranges of Eirlys, but this presumption has never been confirmed or the area made accessible by the Tel-quessir to outsiders. Further legends about brooding creatures hoarding the materials in exchange for the Tel-quessir's protection have spread as explanations to the mysterious mountains.
