The Lofty Maiden
The Lofty Maiden sits near the northern entrance to Dur, which means it gets a frequent amount of travel to it. The thing holding the Maiden back from furthering itself was it's lack of expansive housing for people. There was a master bedroom for the innkeeper, and only two rooms for other folk to stay in. This was why it wasn't able to keep up with the "Red Entry", a much more uptown tavern. It also wasn't as poor as the underworlds "Backdoor" so it still had too much upkeep.
Design
The tavern is very simple with a bench near the entrance, and a table near the far corner with 8 chairs around it. The keep sits behind a small table with a keg for the brew of the day on it. Behind the keeps rest there is a kitchen where the cook(or the keep) can cook food for the patrons. The place has a homely feel to it, and is a relatively nice location to start in the city of Dur.
