Port Amphere

Port Amphere is the location of the other Dukedom within Neptis, and is also home to the largest harbor within the kingdom. The Port acts as an intermediary between the citadel and the rest of the world, as they are considered the major entrance by which supplies should be sent. The port is one of the most diverse and interesting places within Neptis, carrying a plethora of other nations' merchants, travelers, and even politicians.
