Jeer Caladrel
Jeer's family has always been extremely focused on herbalism and taking care of the townsfolk. Jeer's parents were old enough to remember several centuries of history within the city of Leccer. While Jeer's family may not be around, Jeer still follows their teachings. Jeer is the self designated medicine man of the city of Leccer and will help any who find themselves at Jeer's door.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Jeer is an extremely young forest elf who wears a formal tunic, and dress pants out within the city. When approached within their medical housing, they are generally outfitted with a plague doctors mask, a large cloak, as well as thick leather gloves while tending to the wounded.

Personal history
Jeer was born to a very old pair of elves, both which had an affinity to medicine and taking care of people. From a young age Jeer saw the sick, elderly, and wounded come into their home and be cared for. As soon as they could walk and talk they were out helping their family take care of those in need. Early into Jeer's life their family moved on to their next lives leaving Jeer to take care of those in need. Jeer, wanting to do more for the people of Leccer opened up their home and petitioned the lord to let Jeer start a small garden within the city walls to grow the medicinal herbs they needed for their alchemy. This was allowed, and Jeer slowly became known as "The Medicine Man" in the city.
Education
Jeer's teaching was practical and hands on, and from a young age they only had access to herbalist books and medicinal books. Their life has always been centered around helping others, and they have very little skill outside of that area.
Employment
They currently act as a medical professional for the city of Leccer, and recently they opened up a bath house within the city that they operate. They pay a group of merchants every day to gather water from the nearby ocean to populate the hot baths.
