Telissa
A female red dragon on Halloran who typically walks around in the form of a little girl with red hair. She holds territory in a run-down (and/or bombed out) area of the city of Terragon. She's territorial towards other dragons (and thinks the dragoness in the next territory over is a bit of a bitch) and tends to maul anyone who tries to take advantage of her apparent weakness, but she's fairly amiable outside of that.
