Queque District (Quay-quay)
A large market district on the island of Trophium. It is known primarily for two things:
1. Powerful nonmagical equipment. Trophium completely lacks magic, so it has become a hotspot for mastercraft items made from high-quality and exotic materials. The prices are high, but you never have to worry about your armor's protection turning off in a null magic zone.
2. Slaves. Trophium is a keystone of the slave trade, with all sorts of slaves being brought in and sold from all over. You can find anything from individual human children to orc armies to semi-sapient humanoids with exploding pumpkin heads. The stock is vast and ever-changing. As one might expect, the latter section of the market causes consternation among some visitors, but the district boasts excellent security; it's hard to cause problems at scale without access to magic, and cheaply equipped guards become far more threatening when those fighting them have no crowd control spells or expensive magical defenses.
