Herb's
Herb's is a little three-story shop in Radaghast with a small flight of stairs in the side. Its small and cozy nature belies its stature: Herb's is one of the most well-known buyers and sellers of esoteric magic items in Meridan.
The inside of the shop is filled with shelves of esoteric items, including a "reduced" rack for those of reduced size, not reduced funds. Robes, rings, wands, and wings, you never know what you'll find in the shop's ever-rotating stock. The shop also caters to adventurers of any level of wealth and experience; the power of the items on sale is just as varied as their forms and functions.
The two things you won't find at Herb's are weapons and armor. Those are exclusively handled by Dain's Weapons and Armor, across the street. You want to buy or sell a suit of half-plate, you go over there; you want to identify or sell a wand, they'll send you right back here.
As one might expect, Herb's is run by Herb, an unassuming but powerful mage. He's not much for haggling; take or leave the price he gives, or see yourself to the door. And don't think that the shop being run by a single wizened man means it's worth trying to steal from. If a man like that is running a shop like this on his own, it's certainly not because he's careless.
