2021/02/28: Clearing the Black Tower Part 4 Report

General Summary

Garrek, Nyx, Sasha, Buzz, Shane, Azhar, Derelic
The party started exploring the Black Tower of Thesk from the roof down, finding their way in through a puzzle lock and secret door. They promptly found themselves in a battle against a powerful, teleporting lich who had set up his room so it was a mirrored maze of warped space. Attempts to reach him physically led his opponents in circles or warped them across the room, and ranged attacks were similarly disrupted. The more adept mages and navigators in the party were able to start plotting a course through, and the party survived long enough to find their way through the maze and put the lich back in the grave.
They took some time to rest up and then continued downward.
