Russian Command upgrades its operational Capacity and takes the lessons learned from the Ukrainian War. Due a lack of Sanctions, the Russian Military is able to upscale is resource acquisition and training Programs.    Russian Logistics readies for a multiple front War, buffing up bases and production all across Russia though there are many problems still due to rampant corruption. The Russian Military is moving into a position where it can really reimpose the old Borders of the Russian Empire.   Conscription Rates increase to staff this New Army, now starting to cut into the Ethnic majorities of the Nation.
