Shadow Vanguard Private Military Company Founded

Founding

After the Ukraine conflict ended poorly, The united States believed it would need a powerful Corporate Security Force it could utilise with more liberty against Countries considered Hostile to the United States, as such, General Crowley retired from the US army and took 3 companies with him and melded together with 10 other PMCs to form the Shadows.    This Secretive group of Mercenaries were secretly armed operatives of The Cabal. The Operatives would first get deployed in North Africa, tracking ISIL forces and striking them, needing little to not authorisation, just enough money to bribe state governments.    Wagner and Shadows would go on to have very hostile attitudewith each other.   The creation of this faction by US Government hands was kept secret, though some news outlets did report that General Crowley left the US Military to form this group and worried what Human Rights violations could be committed by this faction in the future.   They were right to worry.
