The United States after leaving for 107 Days, Rejoins the Paris accords and also shares renewed plans to not only reach Carbon Emission goals but also to rapidly develop Nuclear Fusion Energy by funding any and all Western-aligned projects.   Committing Several Millions to each project, promising a bigger support package in 2022. This is to cut ahead of enemies. However Hill also stated that major support for the oil industry should be expected to continue until 2028, which is seen as very popular with Americans.
