President Hill's administration opens talks with Venezuela to create the Green Gold Deal. The Deal centred around the Kicki Starting of Vanezuela's Green Energy market by massively improving the Guri Dam and opening multiple wind and solar farms to replacing the lagging Fossil Fuels industry in the coutnry.   The deal also discussed ways to re-tool and reform the Fossil Fuel Industry in the country to better supply and work in the modern world as well as free exchange of modern techniques and technologies to improve the performance and cleanliness of Fossil Plants.   After a few months, Vanezuala agrees with some scepticism to build the damn, seeing it as one of the only ways to escape the Economic troubles within the country. Republicans in the US are furious over the news.

Believing that they were gaurding themselves from danger. We believe that the Monroe Doctrine set the conditions to allow Russia and other American Enemies to gain a foot in the door in South America. We are correcting that today, starting by helping Venezuala, a country my predessor tried to subvert, create a new and Green Eeconomy.
